Flamingo Tide (Hibiscus Ale) - ABV 5.6% IBU 17
Our collaboration recipe has produced a light bodied, low ABV, very sessionable brew. Using hibiscus flowers that were steeped during the whirlpool yielded a beer with a bold pink color, floral aroma, and subtle tartness. The hibiscus along with Pilsner and Vienna malts combined with German and French hops make a beer that is like drinking a sunset.
Low Ground (Brown Ale) - ABV 6.1%, IBU 29
A traditional brown ale made with roasted special malts that give it a deep topaz hue and an easy-drinking flavor, accentuated by conservative additions of Cascade, Nugget, and Fuggles hops.
John Beere (Cream Ale) - ABV 4.2%, IBU 10
John Beere is our version of a "lawnmower beer"; smooth and refreshing, with light body, low IBU, crisp taste, and lower alcohol content than our other beers. Brewed with flaked corn for lighter body, and flaked wheat for head retention and a crisp finish. To those who say they don't like beer, you will be pleasantly surprised.
Rosewell (Red Ale) - ABV 4.5%, IBU 23
An Irish Red, utilizing Maris Otter and roasted barley to instill a deep, red hue and a malty flavor profile with bittering provided by Fuggles and Golding hops.
DeadRYEz (Rye Ale) - ABV 6.5%, IBU 70
A lighter brew with a third of the grain bill consisting of rye for additional flavor, and aroma from Nugget and Cascade hops, which will appeal to those whose tastes are more aligned with the mass-market beers available.
Johnny Apple Beer (Cream Ale) - ABV 5.2%, IBU 12
A fruity take on our popular cream ale, this is the perfect beer for sipping on a summer day, with light body, low IBU, a crisp taste reminiscent of apple cider and lower alcohol content than our other beers. This is a gluten-reduced recipe.
Farmhouse Raspberry Wheat - ABV 5.1%, IBU 51
A wheat recipe that has undergone secondary fermentation using raspberry. This beer offers a doughy wheat character that is lower on the wheat spectrum, with light, malty sweetness. Simcoe & Citra hops compliment the slight citrus character provided by the addition of sweet orange peel in the secondary fermentation.
Hills Bay (IPA) - ABV 7.4%, IBU 83
A crisp and aromatic beer with a hop-forward aroma and taste from a combination of Nugget, CTZ Palisade, as well as Simcoe hops that is used during both the boil and dry hopping stages of the brew process.
Mobjack Black (Black Lager) - ABV 5.1%, IBU 27
Mobjack Black is our schwarzbier ("shvahrts-beer"), created by utilizing both traditional German hops and roasted malts for hints of coffee and chocolate. A dark colored beer having a lighter body than stouts or porters, relies on hops for littering instead of the malt, and will have a dry finish that is sure to please a wide variety of palates.
Pre-Dawn (Coffee Porter) - ABV 5.7%, IBU 28
Roasted specialty malts with Golding and EKG hops to provide a middle ground for those wanting something darker than the brown ale, yet sweeter than the traditional stout, with a coffee kick to the flavor.
Kolman Kölsch (Kolsch) - ABV 5.2% IBU 24
Based off a traditional Kolsch recipe, German Pilslner malt makes the majority of the grain bill to impart a bready flavor with Vienna malt for a slightly toasty finish. German Hallertau & Crystal hops round off the flavor profile with a hint of “spice” & herbal notes in the aroma & aftertaste.
Shucking Good (Oyster Stout) - ABV 6.6%, IBU 24
A dark, malty, "sweet" stout. This beer was brewed using fresh local oysters for a slight taste of briny, salt air with a velvety mouthfeel and roasty flavor. Oysters supplied by Ward Oyster Company. *This beer contains shellfish and may affect those with shellfish allergies*

Magnum and Saaz hops combine with Pilsner grains to create a taste that is pleasing to a wide variety of customer palette profiles, suiting those who prefer a more crisp and light taste profile in their beer, while retaining a slightly malty character. ABV 5.7%, IBU 39
Whitecap (Vanilla Porter) - ABV 6.1%, IBU 30
A dark ale with all the chocolate, caramel sweetness, and roasted nut flavor of a classic Porter coming from a complex malt, two different crystal malts, and maris otter grains. Notes of vanilla in the aroma and taste are imparted with real vanilla beans used during secondary fermentation.
Stuart Stout (Oatmeal Stout) - ABV 6.3%, IBU 30
Named for Henry Stuart, Duke of Gloucester (also known as Henry of Oatlands), this stout has a deep brown color and nutty roasted malt character that is caramel & coffee-like, benefiting from the addition of oatmeal to add a smooth, rich body.
'Tis the Saison - ABV 5.7%, IBU 14
This saison is made with German Pilsner, Vienna, Caramunich malts with a touch of wheat malt. Those grains combined with Hallertau hops give this beer a light body and crisp finish with a hint of spiciness.
