We're open early for Gloucester Daffodil Festival!

Gloucester County celebrates it's 33rd Daffodil Festival this year! This festival takes over the Historic Gloucester Village, downtown Main Street area, complete with local art vendors, food vendors, live music, kids activities and a community parade.

To check out the full weekend of festival activities, visit the Daffodil Festival website.

Start your day with us at GloBrewCo! We will be open mid-morning to get you a beer-in-hand just in time for the parade. Although we will not be at the beer garden this year, we will have plenty on tap for you to enjoy.

Stop by for Merchandise

We will also have special edition Daffodil Festival T-shirts this year.

These shirts are a tribute to Gloucester's most celebrated flora. Rumor has it, the historical significance of the daffodil to Gloucester County goes back to our founding, 1651.

The history of the daffodil in Gloucester County, Virginia is almost as old as the county itself. Rumor has it, the early settlers brought these soft reminders of English springs as they established themselves in the area. By the 20th century, after centuries of passing bulbs neighbor-to-neighbor, daffodils grew wild throughout the county, earning Gloucester the title of the "Daffodil Capital of America" in the1930s and 40s.

So come in and grab your t-shirt with a pint before they sell out!
